Bahasa Malay Graduates

The language teacher, Hadji Osman was sent on the instructions of the Chief Minister of Melaka, Datuk Seri Hj Mohd Ali Bin Mohd Rustam at the request of the Western Cape Premier, Ebrahien Rasool during a Malaysia – South African seminar at Capetonian Hotel in early March of 2007 to promote the Bahasa Malay language.
